009: R.U.L.E.S. for a schedule you’ll enjoy

If you’re familiar with me already, you probably know that I think we all need personalized solutions to our time and task management – and I try to steer clear of prescribing cookie-cutter systems.

But as I have talked to people and experimented with managing all of it over the years, I do feel like there are some general rules or guidelines that we can lean on, so that we can within those guidelines create a schedule or daily rhythms and routines that we enjoy. And of course they make sense from a psychological standpoint, too.
