024: Try this when you don’t feel like doing what you planned

Since I’ve been feeling really motivated to get things done in the past week, I thought it would be appropriate to talk about one secret trick that helps you be more motivated to do what you have decided that you’d do.

And just like with most things that I share with you, this is something that gets stronger with repetition and practice. It’s quite a handy trick because all you need is your mind 🧠

BTW I’m not saying that this trick is something you should use to force yourself to do things that don’t feel right to you, or to push yourself when you're exhausted and actually need to rest.

This is just for those “Eh I don’t really feel like it” feels, but you know that you actually WANT to get that thing done and you know that you have the energy and capacity for it once you get going.
