036: On interrupting the habit of overworking

I help business owners and creatives simplify and streamline tasks and operations in their business, so that they can work more effectively and focus on fewer tasks – the most impactful ones. This sets them up to reduce the number of hours they work, and frees up time and space to do things outside of their business.

Shifting these tangible things can be pretty straightforward, but the changes aren't always easy to live out in practice because of how our brains are built.

I wanted to take some time to talk about this since you might be planning to work fewer hours next year to build some more balance into your life as a business owner.
