057: Use the Productivity Ecosystem to support your productivity

Solo business mini series part 5 – introducing the Productivity Ecosystem!

In the past few episodes I’ve talked about why things tend to get complicated in solo businesses, how focusing on your most impactful tasks help us make faster progress in our businesses without hustle, and why it’s challenging to prioritize our most impactful tasks.

In this episode, I share how you can make it easier to be more productive, aka prioritize impactful activities and projects that would make a difference for you and your business.

Based on my Finnish upbringing, my experience as a business owner, and my training as a psychologist, I’ve developed a three-part Productivity Ecosystem that supports your productivity and helps you keep showing up long-term for your business without hustle.

Even if you’ve heard me talk about those three things before, I hope you’ll still listen to this episode because I’ve developed the framework a good bit and I feel like I’ve finally cracked the code on the SISU part.
