Could use another pair of ears on your podcast?

I’d love to strategize with you.

Whether you’re launching a new podcast or feel stuck with your current one,

I believe *stuff* is easier to tackle with a friend who’s been there 👍

The kinds of things I’ve talked through with fellow podcasters

Talking through what tech makes sense for you, like choosing equipment, software, and podcast publishing platform.

Brainstorming podcast names, descriptions, and main content themes – all those things that feel good to have another brain on.

Ideating what to include in your podcast trailer, intro, and outro so that new listeners know what to expect from your podcast, and what actions you want them to take after listening.

Identifying what podcast format and episode cadence serve you, your audience, and your business in the way you want it to.

Defining your process from creating to publishing an episode so you’re always clear on what to do – including how to add your episodes onto your website for improved SEO.

Outlining your first 8-12 episodes so you can start your podcast on the right foot with core episodes that serve your business goals. This way, even if you decide not to continue podcasting, you’ll have a solid set of episodes to use as part of your nurture content in the following years. Alternatively, we could outline a set of private podcast episodes to share as your lead magnet.

Selling your services/products through your podcast – without feeling like you’re constantly promoting.

“Chatting with Jenna about getting a podcast going was just what I needed to take my idea and have the confidence to turn it into a reality.”

She gave me some super helpful tips and things to consider, as well as shared things I didn't even know that I needed to know! It was great getting to talk through my vision and get her expert feedback based on all her experience - it certainly sparked a lot of ideas and inspiration. But I think the most important thing for me was her excitement and support to help me take the most important step – to start!!

There are two ways we can team up:

A one-off call or a 60-day support package with 4 calls

Or –– we can define a custom package if neither feels like a fit.

60-minute Pick My Brain call | $250

Hop on a video call, ask #AllTheQuestions, and get personalized advice about your podcast without a long-term commitment. During the call, we’ll have time for a bunch of smaller questions or to strategize around 1-2 bigger things 👍

You’ll get the audio recording + notes from the call sent to your email.

60-day support period with 4x60min calls | $1,000

Great option especially when you’re launching a new podcast and want support.

Includes email support and Google doc reviews between calls.

You’ll get the audio recordings sent to your email + notes from each call into your Google doc.

HEI! I’M JENNA.

I’m 100+ episodes in and *loving* podcasting!

When I switched to podcasting after 1.5 years of weekly YouTube videos, I decided to do a 3-month experiment to make sure I liked podcasting before a bigger commitment. I was hooked after just a couple of recordings.

There are *many* things I wish I had known before I started Building Balance, though, which is why I want to help aspiring podcasters set up their podcast intentionally from the start.

“Jenna is an excellent facilitator and made finally launching my podcast seem doable –”

Which is so refreshing after so many people making the project seem like an immovable mountain. I can't wait to dive into our entirely fleshed-out strategy for season one!

A few things I believe about podcasting as a business owner

→ Most podcasting advice is meant for podcasters who want to grow to get big sponsorship deals, while few are modeling what it looks like to create a podcast that serves a service-based business or a personal brand

→ It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to have a podcast; what matters is being clear on what you want your podcast to do for you and strategizing everything else accordingly

→ Making evergreen assets is more important than the tech, the visuals, and the launch marketing push

→ While being consistent(ish) is good for building a podcasting routine, you don’t owe *anyone* a weekly episode if it means sacrificing your life or sanity

If this sounds good to you, I’d love to help you make your podcast a reality 🙌
